    • The Testator lived and died at Clopton in the County and Archdeaconry of Suffolk. I Jonathan Flory of Debach in the County of Suffolk Yeoman do hereby revoke all former Wills and other Testamentary dispositions by me heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament Whereas John Smyth last of Tattingstone in the County of Suffolk Farmer deceased by his last Will and Testament in writing duly executed and attested and bearing date the twenty seventh day of February one thousand eight hundred and eight gave and devised unto me his Brother in Law and his Sister Elizabeth my late deceased Wife for and during the term of our natural lives....
      ...And whereas I have six children now living by my said late deceased wife who are intitled in reversion expectant upon my decease and in the event of their surviving me to the said premises devised by the Will of the said John Smith namely Susan Edwards the Wife of George Edwards Ursula Hill the Wife of Gerard Hill Priscilla Cole the Wife of John Cole Lydia Baldry the Wife of William Baldry James Flory and Stephen Flory and I have had another Child namely Elizabeth the late Wife of George Kersey who is dead leaving eight Children And whereas I am desirous that the eight children of my said deceased daughter Elizabeth Kersy shall have amongst them the share in value which their Mother would have been entitled to in case she had survived me....
