Their accounts extend from February 22, I860, to September 18, 1860. They commence with a capital of £807 (Dickinson's), and close with?unsecured debts, £3,341; secured, £2,473; liabilities, £1,782 j property held by creditors, £2,685; other assets, about £1,050. There are no profits. There are losses, £1,101; trade expenses, £-110; interest, £71; personal expenses, £209. Subjoined is a list of the principal creditors :?Messrs. This was an examination meeting.

      Mr. Depree, for the assignees, said it was necessary to make a few amendments in the accounts. Stock of the value of about £50, which the bankrupt stated to be held by Mr. Brown, had been sold and accounted for. His losses must also be increased about £400, having been £1,500 instead of £1,100. With those alterations, there was no

      objection to the bankrupts' passing their examination. Passed accordingly.
