The secured creditors are, Mr. Brown, warehouseman, Fore-etreet, £574, who holds goods estimated to realize £861; Davison, warehouseman, 156, Cheapside, £861, who holds goods estimated to realize £987, and his drafts upon the bankrupts for about £1,100; Hemming, auctioneer, 5, Pilgrim-street, Ludgate-hill, £1,040, who holds stock estimated to realize £1,148, and his drafts upon the bankrupts for £689. This was an examination meeting.
Mr. Depree, for the assignees, said it was necessary to make a few amendments in the accounts. Stock of the value of about £50, which the bankrupt stated to be held by Mr. Brown, had been sold and accounted for. His losses must also be increased about £400, having been £1,500 instead of £1,100. With those alterations, there was no
objection to the bankrupts' passing their examination. Passed accordingly.
